I've had to return drives to amazon because they pack them poorly in shipment and one failed tests.įor the Seagate, the Smart Test was fine but the Short Generic Test failed and gave an 8 digit code. Drive is Seagate Backup Plus Hub 8 TB from Costco, I thought maybe avoiding getting it shipped would be a safer bet.
